Job summary

Endeavour Group, home to BWS, seeks a Marketing Coordinator for an eight‑month fixed term in Sydney. You will lead the rollout of brand POS, marketing collateral, and in-store digital content, and support asset scheduling and campaign workflows across retail touchpoints.

Coordinate timelines and budgets, manage agency relationships, and champion new workflow tools within a fast‑paced marketing team. A 1–2 year background in marketing or retail/agency settings and a business or marketing

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, retail, or agency environments.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with deadlines.
• High attention to detail with written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with internal teams and external agencies.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with openness to new workflow tools.
• Tertiary qualification in business or marketing preferred.
