Job summary

Swimart Marketing Administrator on a 5-month contract based in Rydalmere, Sydney, is to coordinate campaigns, manage assets and assist budgets. You’ll ensure stores receive marketing support at the right time.

You’ll drive franchise/store marketing requests, upload content, schedule EDMs, monitor campaigns and collaborate with the team to deliver consistent, effective campaigns across the network.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years administration or marketing experience.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite.
• Experience working with franchises or retail businesses.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning and delivery of national marketing campaigns and track progress.
• Marketing Administration: Maintain calendars, approvals, assets, databases and invoices.
• Franchise & Store Support: Respond to store requests and coordinate POS distribution.
• Digital Marketing Support: Upload website content and assist EDM preparation.
• Events: Coordinate event logistics and supplier communications.
• Reporting: Maintain trackers and assist with market research.
