Job summary

Frasers Property Australia is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join the NSW Development marketing team in Sydney (Rhodes Head Office). You will support planning, execution, and administration of multi-channel marketing campaigns for residential and mixed-use portfolios.

The role balances digital execution with hands-on project delivery, including social media, EDMs, property listings, site visits, and coordinating launch events.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated marketing experience, preferably in property, development, or agency settings.
• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
• Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to project sites.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns across NSW developments.
• Produce and proof marketing collateral, brochures, and signage aligned with brand standards.
• Manage social media content, EDMs, and property listings on major portals.
• Visit project sales suites and display villages to ensure on-ground readiness for launches.
