Job summary

Randstad in Sydney is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator for a 6 to 12-month contract to support campaigns, exhibitions, and partnerships. You will provide campaign, financial, and project coordination to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will manage POs, supplier onboarding, contracts, and budgets; use Monday.com to track timelines; draft copy for EDMs, web updates, and social posts; and collaborate across internal teams

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign delivery, or project management.
• Proven background in procurement, purchase order management, supplier onboarding, and campaign budget tracking.
• Hands-on experience with project management software (ideally Monday.com) and advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Exceptional written communication for copywriting and strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders, supplier onboarding, contracts, and invoice processing while tracking campaign budgets and expenditure.
• Maintain project timelines, campaign schedules, and workflows using Monday.com to keep deliverables on track across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Coordinate social media scheduling, community management, and draft short-form copy for EDMs, web updates, and social channels.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and commercial partners to coordinate deliverables and approvals.
