QT Gold Coast is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive rooms, conferencing and events revenue through proactive sales, site inspections and strong client relationships.

You will build a pipeline, respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and represent QT at industry events, collaborating with the Sales Director and hotel team. On offer are day-one perks and career growth within EVT's hospitality network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel, conferencing or events sales.
• A confident, proactive approach to new business.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Great organisation and time management.
• A team player mindset with a can-do attitude.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business through proactive sales calls, site inspections and networking.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of C&E leads and opportunities.
• Respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and issue contracts.
• Host clients and conduct site inspections to secure business.
• Grow and retain key accounts through great service and regular contact.
• Represent QT Gold Coast at industry and networking events.
• Keep CRM records and reporting accurate and up to date.
• Liaise closely with the Director of Sales, C&E Manager and wider hotel team.
