Job summary

Leidos Australia seeks a Growth Manager to identify, shape and secure new business in the Australian maritime sector. You will lead client engagement, opportunity shaping and proposal development, leveraging an established naval/marine network and strong commercial judgement to drive defense deliveries.

You will collaborate across Defence and government, managing proposals, partnerships and strategic opportunities while guiding delivery leadership for future projects.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to craft high-quality written proposals and responses.
• Track record in identifying and shaping new business opportunities in defence/maritime sectors.
• Established network in Australian naval/marine domain.
• Demonstrated leadership and influence with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with Gibbs & Cox capabilities.
• Build and maintain relationships across Defence, Government and industry.
• Lead client engagement and opportunity shaping with internal and partner teams.
• Prepare high-quality proposals, white papers and tender responses.
• Manage internal new business approval processes.
• Support strategic partnerships and teaming arrangements.
