Leidos Australia is seeking a Growth Manager to drive new business across the Australian maritime sector. You will identify opportunities, shape proposals and engage Defence, government and industry stakeholders to deliver compelling bids and strategic partnerships.

Leveraging an existing network and delivery experience in engineering, project management or Defence, you will lead client engagement and ensure timely, high‑quality tender responses while guiding internal approvals and alliances.

• Proven track record in identifying and shaping new business opportunities.
• Ability to develop high quality written proposals and tenders.
• Established professional network in Australian naval and marine sectors.

Responsabilités

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with GCA capabilities.
• Lead client engagement and opportunity shaping activities.
• Prepare high quality proposals, white papers, and tender responses.
• Manage internal new business approval processes.
• Support strategic partnerships and teaming arrangements.
