In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a team delivering the effective management, maintenance and optimisation of Maritime fleet assets, this role is responsible for ensuring assets are managed throughout their lifecycle, remain compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements, and support safe and reliable operations across the network. Your deep expertise in fleet and asset management, risk oversight, technical compliance and maritime operations, formed across marine industry environments, asset management roles and vessel maintenance functions, will see you navigate regulatory complexity, deliver strategic fleet planning, and overcome commercial and operational challenges to achieve safer, more efficient and sustainable fleet outcomes.

You're recognised as an influential technical leader, skilled at optimising maintenance programs, managing complex procurement and contracts, analysing asset performance, and implementing policy and process improvements, experienced in maritime vessel operations, asset lifecycle management, ISO 55000-aligned practices, and stakeholder engagement across government, contractors and the maritime sector.
