Job summary

Coral Expeditions is seeking an experienced onboard chef to manage the galley and ensure timely delivery of high-quality meals for guests and crew. You will run day-to-day kitchen operations in a compact marine environment, maintaining food safety, portion control, and presentation standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a commercial kitchen, possess First Aid & CPR, and hold a valid passport for international voyages.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is required.
• First Aid & CPR certification.
• Passport is required for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the galley in an efficient and effective manner.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality meals per the menu plan.
• Maintain food safety, presentation and portion control.
• Demonstrate safe working practices and support crew in a small environment.
