Anduril is seeking an Account Director - Maritime to drive customer engagement for the Dive-XL program in Australia. You will serve as the principal voice of the customer within the product org, working across RAN, NSSG, DST Group and Commonwealth departments to shape, sponsor and fund the program.

You will collaborate with Growth, Programs, Engineering and Contracts to ensure customer commitments align with the capability roadmap.

Formación

• Operational background with sea service experience and warfare awareness.
• Navy capability experience in manager, design, or requirements roles.
• Existing network across Navy, Defence and Australian undersea enterprise.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to senior officers.
• Allied or domestic international experience, able to operate credibly with partners.
• Familiarity with the ASDEFCON environment and Commonwealth procurement approaches.
• Sufficient technical depth to discuss autonomy, payloads and mission systems.
• Experience shaping scope and investment cases for funded programs.
• High-ownership mindset and bias for action within a fast-moving program.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NV2 security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to engagement with RAN, NSSG and Commonwealth sponsors funding the program.
• Maintain a disciplined cadence of briefings, forums and demonstrations across environments.
• Serve as voice of the customer, translating intent into company actions and roadmap input.
• Help develop employment concepts and CONOPS for autonomous undersea capability.
• Translate operational analysis and threat assessments into prioritized capability needs.
• Support the growth path from current contracts toward fleet scale and respond to market approaches.
• Align contract execution with capability roadmap and escalate misalignment early.
• Assist with trials, demonstrations and milestone events to ensure accurate representation.
