Job summary

Anduril Australia Dive-XL Platform is seeking a Software Product Manager to own the software stack from requirements to delivery. You’ll collaborate with Platform engineering, maritime technology, and program teams to define software features that empower autonomous undersea missions.

You will champion operator experience, lead product governance, and drive adoption with internal and external customers. A security clearance is often required in this field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive professional experience as a Software Product Manager with domain expertise.
• Ownership of software systems including stakeholder engagement, roadmap management, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software product initiatives for Dive-XL platform.
• Translate operator needs into well-defined software requirements and drive delivery.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure reusable components across Anduril products.
• Manage 6–18 month roadmaps and communicate goals and plans.
