Job summary

Anduril Industries Australia is seeking an Account Director - Maritime to lead customer engagement for the Dive-XL program with the Royal Australian Navy and Defence partners. You will bridge customer needs with product strategy, working across Growth, Programs, Engineering and Contracts to ensure commitments align with the capability roadmap.

You will draw on extensive naval warfare experience, strong commercial judgement and a proven ability to navigate ASDEFCON processes, while representing

Qualifications

• Extensive RAN warfare experience with operational record at sea.
• Experience in capability design, requirements, or defence process.
• Established network across Navy, Defence and Australian undersea enterprise.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to engineers and senior officers.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~30%).
• NV2 security clearance or ability to obtain; TSPV desirable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Commonwealth relationships with RAN, NSSG, and funding bodies.
• Maintain a disciplined engagement cadence with briefings and demonstrations.
• Act as voice of the customer, conveying intent inside Anduril and externally.
• Develop employment concepts and CONOPS for Australian autonomous capability.
• Translate operational analysis into prioritized capability needs for Dive-XL.
• Support growth toward fleet scale and responses to Commonwealth market opportunities.
• Align contract execution with capability roadmap and escalate misalignment.
• Help plan trials, demonstrations, and milestone events with cross-functional teams.
• Represent Australian interests within the Dive-XL portfolio globally.
