Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Account Director - Maritime to lead customer engagement for Dive-XL in Australia. You will be the principal voice of the customer within the product organisation, interfacing with the Royal Australian Navy, NSSG, Defence groups and Commonwealth sponsors.

You will work across Growth, Programs, Engineering and Contracts, shaping capability requirements and ensuring alignment with the capability roadmap.

Qualifications

• Operational background at sea with credible warfare experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to engagement across RAN, NSSG and Commonwealth departments.
• Coordinate briefings, forums and demonstrations across classified environments.
• Act as the voice of the customer between stakeholders and Anduril.
• Develop employment concepts and CONOPS for autonomous undersea capability in Australia.
• Translate operational analysis into prioritized capability needs for the Dive-XL roadmap.
• Support growth from current contracts toward fleet scale with cross-functional teams.
• Align contract execution with the capability roadmap and customer commitments.
• Assist with trials, demonstrations and milestone events with accurate representation.
• Represent Australian customer interests within the Dive-XL portfolio and broader alliances.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Programs, Contracts, Growth and Communications to present a coherent external message.
