Job summary

The Marine Operations Terminal Site Coordinator at the Gladstone site coordinates security, maintenance and visitor access procedures to ensure safe, smooth operations at the Marine Operations Terminal in Gladstone QLD.

The role also involves supporting CBS with access pass changes and assisting the Learning Team with induction inquiries and pass expiry guidance, in a part-time capacity, within a dynamic transport and tourism group.

About theRole

The Marine Operations Terminal Site Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, processing, and maintaining security, maintenance, and visitor access procedures at the Marine Operations Terminal in Gladstone QLD.

The Marine Operations Terminal Site Coordinator will also provide support to other areas of the Gladstone business; CBS with permanent access pass changes; Learning Team in past induction inquiries and well as advice on pass expiry dates.

• Demonstrated ability to facilitate the Visitor Access Process and Marine Operations Terminal operation.
• Flexible to work as a permanent part time employee
• Customer service focus.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.

• Numerical ability and data entry skills.

• Works well in a team environment as well as autonomously.
