Job summary

Kelsian Group’s SeaLink Gladstone operation is seeking a Marine Operations Terminal Site Coordinator to coordinate security, maintenance and visitor access at the Gladstone Marine Operations Terminal in Queensland. The role includes supporting other areas of the Gladstone business and handling pass changes.

You will bring admin experience, a customer service focus, and strong communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work both in a team and autonomously.

• Visitor Access Process and Marine Operations Terminal operation experience.
• Experience in Administration Position.
• Experience in Management/Supervisory Position.
• Experience in Tourism and Transport Industry.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service focus.
• Attention to detail.
• Numerical ability and data entry skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Works well in a team environment as well as autonomously.
