SeaLink South East Queensland (SEQ) is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Reservation Consultant in Cleveland, QLD. You will deliver high-quality customer service, process bookings accurately, and handle tickets for ferries and vehicle check-ins, across three terminals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role is advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication across a diverse customer base.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise under pressure.
• Willingness to rotate across three terminals at Cleveland, Redland Bay and Dunwich.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with multitasking and clear objectives.
• Advanced computer literacy with Microsoft Office skills.
• Desirable: experience in the tourism industry.

About the Role

As our team continues to grow and develop, recent internal movements have created an exciting opportunity to join us as a Permanent Full-Time Reservation Consultant. We're seeking motivated individuals who enjoy delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a varied, customer facing role.

This role requires a strong focus on providing exceptional service and processing bookings accurately and includes phone, email and face-to-face customer interactions, ticket sales, ferry bookings and vehicle check-ins.

Our business operates 365 days a year, so you will need to be available to work on a roster which can include weekends and public holidays.

About You

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service focused role will be highly advantageous
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across a diverse customer base
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• Ability to work on a rotating basis across our three terminals at Cleveland, Redland Bay and Dunwich (North Stradbroke Island)
• Ability and willingness to work effectively independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to respond and adapt to changing business needs
• Previous experience in a dynamic environment with an ability to multitask and deliver against identified objectives
• Advanced computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills
• Previous experience in the tourism industry is desirable
