Captain Cook Cruises is seeking an Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth daily marine operations on Perth’s Swan River. You will coordinate vessel movements, monitor schedules, and liaise with crew and stakeholders.

In a fast-paced environment, you will manage rosters, monitor weather and tides, adjust timetables, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Experience in administration or logistics within tourism or marine sectors is highly regarded; weekend and holiday work may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules, rosters and competing priorities.
• Confident using scheduling, communication and record-keeping systems.
• Able to work calmly under pressure and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Knowledge of the tourism or marine industry is highly regarded.
• Experience in administration, logistics, shipping or marine operations is highly regarded.
• Understanding of crew training requirements, induction processes, and compliance with company policies is highly regarded.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods.

• Coordinate vessel schedules, crew rosters and daily operational activities.
• Monitor weather, tides and operational changes, adjusting schedules as required.
• Communicate timetable updates and operational issues to key stakeholders.
• Liaise with vessel crews, managers, port authorities and external partners.
• Coordinate crew training, inductions, qualifications and compliance records.
• Provide operational support and contribute to safe, efficient service delivery.
• Maintain a strong focus on health, safety and regulatory compliance.
