Journey Beyond in Australia is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Operations Manager and coordinate marine, tourism, and shore-based teams. You will help maintain compliant, efficient daily operations and drive improved communication across stakeholders.

You will manage recruitment, rostering, training records, and documentation, using FareHarbor and Deputy to streamline workflows. The role rewards initiative, teamwork, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting operations in marine or tourism environments.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations by assisting the Operations Manager and coordinating activities across marine, tourism and shore-based teams to maintain operational continuity.
• Coordinate workforce administration including recruitment, onboarding, rosters, timesheets, leave requests, and liaison with People & Culture and HSE teams.
• Manage compliance, training and personnel records; maintain qualifications, certifications, training databases, permits and licensing schedules, and related reporting.
