Job summary

Brunswick's Navico Group in APAC is seeking a seasoned marine electronics specialist to provide Tier 2+ technical support across our marine electronics portfolio. You will assist dealers, OEMs, and internal teams with troubleshooting, installation guidance, and service processes, acting as an escalation point and mentoring junior engineers.

You bring 5+ years in marine/electrical systems, strong interpretation of technical docs, and a customer‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in marine, RV, or related technical industries.
• Strong knowledge of marine electronics, electrical systems, and system integration.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret technical documentation.
• A customer‑first mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2+ technical support across phone, email, and on‑site engagements
• Diagnose and resolve system and installation issues
• Support dealers, OEMs and installers with troubleshooting, warranty, and service processes
• Contribute to technical documentation, training materials, and process improvements
• Partner cross‑functionally with sales, operations, and product teams
• Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point within the APAC service team
• Actively mentoring and developing young talent
