Job summary

Brunswick/Navico Group is seeking an experienced technical support specialist to join our APAC service team in Coomera, Australia. This hands-on role focuses on escalation, troubleshooting, and delivering service excellence across marine electronics portfolios, including MFDs, radar, power, and switching.

You’ll support dealers, OEMs and installers, mentor junior team members, and contribute to training materials while collaborating with sales, operations and product teams to improve customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in marine, RV, or related technical industries.
• Strong knowledge of marine electronics, electrical systems, and system integration.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret technical documentation.
• A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail, ownership, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2+ technical support across phone, email, and on-site engagements
• Diagnose and resolve system and installation issues
• Support dealers, OEMs and installers with troubleshooting, warranty, and service processes
• Contribute to technical documentation, training materials, and process improvements
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams
• Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point within the APAC service team
• Actively mentoring and developing young talent.

This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where you’ll act as an escalation point, supporting dealers, OEMs, and internal teams with technical troubleshooting, product guidance, and service excellence.
