Job summary

Stratco is seeking a hands-on machine operator to join our Australian manufacturing team in Western Australia. You will operate metal forming gear, produce products to specification, and maintain a clean, safe workspace on a collaborative floor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a machine operator/production worker.
• FLT licence preferred, but not essential.
• A reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
• A practical problem solver who can think on their feet.

Responsibilities

• Operating metal folding, roll forming, and pressing machinery with precision and care
• Manufacturing products to meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Assisting with general housekeeping to maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
• Working collaboratively across teams and contributing to a positive workplace culture
• Participating in toolbox talks and team meetings
• Championship workplace safety by following critical safety procedures and helping maintain a safe working environment for everyone

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a machine operator/production worker
• Whilst advantageous to have experience with sheet metal equipment - such as press brakes or folders, it's not essential
• FLT licence preferred, but not essential
• A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
• A practical problem solver, who can think on their feet
