Job summary

Stratco (Australia) Pty Limited is seeking a Production Team Member for its Port Macquarie site. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday with an early finish on Friday afternoons, offering stability from an established Australian company.

You will interpret drawings, operate roll form and sheet metal equipment, and support manufacturing to meet customer requirements while upholding safety standards. A forklift license is essential, and prior manufacturing or sheet metal experience is desirable.

THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available at Stratco for a Production Team Member based in Port Macquarie.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday (early finish on a Friday afternoon!).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interpreting product drawings and supporting manufacturing products to customer requirements
• Operating roll form and general sheet metal equipment
• General housekeeping tasks
• Collaborate with team members, other departments and projects as required
• Participate in training for specific items of plant and equipment
• Strict adherence to critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

• Strength and fitness to undertake a frequent movement and lifting role
• Basic awareness of safety standards and alertness of moving parts & people
• Essential - Forklift license & experience
• Desirable - manufacturing or sheet metal experience
• Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart!
