Stratco is seeking a qualified Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to join our Ormeau Manufacturing team. You’ll contribute to preventative maintenance, fault finding and repairs across our range of manufacturing equipment to keep production safe and efficient.

Working within a skilled maintenance team, you’ll read technical drawings, support upgrades and continuous improvement projects, and collaborate closely with production to maintain a safe, reliable workplace.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter with relevant certification.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Safety-focused with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently and within a team.

Stratco is seeking a qualified Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to join our Ormeau Manufacturing team.

Working within a skilled maintenance team, you'll be responsible for preventative maintenance, fault finding and repairs across a range of manufacturing equipment, helping keep production running safely and efficiently.

WHAT'S INVOLVED

• Preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Machinery upgrades and continuous improvement projects
• Reading technical drawings and documentation
• Working closely with production teams
• Maintaining a safe and reliable work environment

EQUIPMENT YOU'LL WORK ON

• Roll forming equipment
• Press brakes
• Hydraulic presses
• Folding machinery
• Pneumatic and hydraulic systems

ABOUT YOU

• Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Safety-focused with a strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and within a team
