Stratco is a proudly Australian-owned business with over 75 years of excellence in manufacturing and customer service within the building industry. We are expanding across Australia and New Zealand, offering a role on the factory floor where teamwork and safe practices drive results.

You will operate folding, roll-forming and pressing machinery to produce customer-spec products. Join Stratco to be part of a collaborative team, with flexible work arrangements and opportunities for development,

Competenze

• Experience as machine operator/production worker
• Experience with sheet metal equipment is advantageous but not essential
• FLT licence preferred but not essential
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
• Practical problem solver who can think on their feet

• Operating metal folding, roll forming, and pressing machinery with precision and care

• Championing workplace safety by following critical safety procedures and helping maintain a safe working environment for everyone

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a machine operator/production worker
• Whilst advantageous to have experience with sheet metal equipment - such as press brakes or folders, it's not essential
• FLT licence preferred, but not essential
• A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
• A practical problem solver, who can think on their feet
