Qualifications

• Experience as machine operator/production worker
• Experience with sheet metal equipment is advantageous but not essential
• FLT licence preferred but not essential
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
• Practical problem solver who can think on their feet

Responsibilities

• Operate metal folding, roll forming and pressing machinery with precision
• Manufacture products to meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Assist with general housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Collaborate across teams and contribute to a positive workplace culture
• Participate in toolbox talks and team meetings
• Champion workplace safety by following critical safety procedures
