Core Talent is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Operations Assistant to join a growing client, a manufacturer of high-spec Ute canopies. This hands-on role suits someone who takes pride in quality and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with regular day shifts.

You’ll support fabrication, uphold WHS standards, and contribute to efficiency and consistency. On offer are strong long-term opportunities, a monthly lunch program, a performance bonus, and competitive superannuation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to read simple work orders and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Support fabrication and manufacturing operations
• Ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to a consistent quality standard
• Assist with improving operational efficiency and business outcomes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Follow all WHS policies and procedures
• Complete tasks accurately and meet deadlines
• Work effectively both independently and within a team

Monday to Friday

• Start: 6:00am
• Finish: 2:45pm
• Morning Tea: 9:00am - 9:15am
• Lunch: 12:15pm - 12:45pm

Key Responsibilities

• Support fabrication and manufacturing operations

• Assist with improving operational efficiency and business outcomes

About You

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a similar field is highly regarded but not required. working with hand tools, and trade assists in metal fields also highly regarded.
