Job summary

Hidrive Group in Goulburn is seeking a hands-on worker for a full-time, permanent role at our local site. You will participate in parts assembly, paint prep, and maintain a clean, efficient workspace while reading detailed drawings.

Trade qualifications are advantageous but not essential; demonstrated experience in hands-on work will be highly regarded. Forklift license is beneficial and training is provided on the job.

Join a supportive team and develop valuable skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment. We have a full-time, permanent position available at our Goulburn site for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in producing quality results.

Responsibilities may include:

• Parts assembly work (cutting and shaping materials using saws, drills and grinders)
• Paint prep work
• Maintain our clean and new work environment
• Reading detailed factory drawings
• A trade qualification is advantageous but not essential; however, demonstrated experience in hands-on work will be highly regarded
• Forklift license would be beneficial
• Experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment would be beneficial
• Ability to maintain efficient workflow and high standard of production quality
• A keen eye for detail and logical approach to problem solving
• Willingness to learn and become multi-skilled
