Job summary

Core Talent Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Operations Assistant to join a growing team manufacturing high-spec Ute canopies in NSW, Australia.

This full-time, Monday-to-Friday role offers a structured day start 6:00am finish 2:45pm, hourly rate $33-$38 plus Super, plus a $400 monthly performance bonus, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Experience with hand tools and metal trades is highly regarded.
• Ability to interpret work orders and drawings.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Assistant to join a growing operations team manufacturing high spec Ute canopys.

Monday to Friday

• Start: 6:00am
• Finish: 2:45pm
• Morning Tea: 9:00am - 9:15am
• Lunch: 12:15pm - 12:45pm

Key Responsibilities

• Support fabrication and manufacturing operations
• Ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to a consistent quality standard
• Assist with improving operational efficiency and business outcomes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and procedures
• Complete tasks accurately and meet required deadlines
• Work effectively both independently and within a team
• Undertake additional duties as required by management

Skills & Experience
