About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Assistant to join a growing operations team manufacturing high spec Ute canopys.

Monday to Friday
- Start: 6:00am
- Finish: 2:45pm
- Morning Tea: 9:00am - 9:15am
- Lunch: 12:15pm - 12:45pm
Key Responsibilities
- Support fabrication and manufacturing operations
- Ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to a consistent quality standard
- Assist with improving operational efficiency and business outcomes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and procedures
- Complete tasks accurately and meet required deadlines
- Work effectively both independently and within a team
- Undertake additional duties as required by management
About You

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a similar field is highly regarded but not required. working with hand tools, and trade assists in metal fields also highly regarded.
