Job summary

Becks Workforce in the Hurstville area is seeking a Production Worker for a leading Australian manufacturer. The role offers an immediate start, a 38-hour week (Mon-Thu 7:00–15:30; Fri 7:00–13:30) with overtime and the potential for permanent employment after a qualifying period.

You will be involved in lifting sheet metal and other heavy lifting tasks in a supportive, safety-conscious team environment, with opportunities for on‑the‑job training and skill development, including forklift handling

Qualifications

• Previous experience in process/manufacturing role.
• Good hand and eye coordination.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Must be physically fit for manual handling duties.
• Safety conscious and a committed team player.
• Motivated by maintaining high standards.
• Experience with counterbalance forklift is valued.

We are seeking a "Production Worker" to join a leading manufacturer in their field, generous hourly rate of pay, overtime and a view to permanent employment after a qualifying period.

Immediate start, working a 38 hour week, Monday to Thursday working between 7:00am - 3:30pm and Friday working 7:00am - 1:30pm.

You will be required to:

Successful candidates will meet the following key requirements:

• Previous experience in process/manufacturing role
• Good hand and eye co-ordination
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills

• Use of Counterbalance Forklift, highly regarded, but not essential
