Job summary

Hipac Manufacturing is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead the planning and commercial performance of our Goulburn manufacturing operation.

We already have a capable, experienced production team. We're looking for someone who can bring strong manufacturing planning, scheduling and commercial thinking to the operation — ensuring our people, capacity and resources are aligned with what the business needs to deliver.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who understands manufacturing, enjoys working with good people and knows how to balance production priorities with cost, capacity and commercial performance.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the overall manufacturing schedule, ensuring customer requirements, production priorities, R&D activities, labour, materials and equipment are coordinated effectively.

You’ll maintain visibility of what is coming, identify capacity or supply constraints early and work with the team to keep manufacturing moving efficiently.

Just as importantly, you’ll understand the numbers behind the operation — monitoring manufacturing costs, labour productivity, margins and profitability and identifying practical opportunities to improve performance.
