Operations Manager / Production Manager - Manufacturing

An established manufacturer is entering its next phase of growth and is seeking a capable Operations & Production Leader to take ownership of day-to-day manufacturing performance. This role will strengthen operational capability, improve efficiency, and support continued expansion.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will play a key role in coordinating people, processes, and production outcomes across manufacturing, warehousing, and other key functions. This position suits a practical leader who enjoys being on the floor, driving results and continuously improving how things are done.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering consistent weekday hours (early finish afternoons) and a balanced approach to overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate manufacturing and warehouse operations
• Allocate resources effectively to meet production deadlines and quality standards
• Monitor output, efficiency, and workflow performance
• Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to systems, processes, and materials
• Champion safety standards and ensure compliance across all operations
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
