Job summary

Barrier Systems, part of the Q-Solutions Co, is seeking Production Operators to join our Stapylton facility. This hands-on role involves operating manufacturing equipment, maintaining quality, meeting production targets and ensuring finished products meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• A current forklift licence – preferred, but not essential.
• Previous experience in rotational moulding or manufacturing – highly regarded, but not essential.
• A willingness to learn new skills and develop your manufacturing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture products to a high standard of quality in accordance with documented procedures and specifications.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently in line with company procedures.
• Actively monitor machine condition and performance during operation and report issues as required.
• Carry out routine machine maintenance to support consistent production and product quality.
• Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards and minimising manufacturing costs.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they are clean, defect-free and meet customer expectations.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely to support production activities and the movement of products and moulds.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
• Follow all Safe Work Procedures, workplace health and safety requirements and company policies.
• Identify and report hazards, equipment issues, product defects and production problems.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the production team to achieve daily production requirements.

About the role

We are looking for Production Operators to join our manufacturing team at our Stapylton faciltity.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment, takes pride in producing quality products and is willing to learn new skills.

Working as part of our production team, you will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, maintaining quality standards, meeting production targets and ensuring finished products are ready to meet customer expectations.
