Job summary

RCPA is seeking Manufacturing Operator roles in Yatala to join a safety‑driven production team manufacturing steel‑reinforced concrete pipes. This hands‑on role offers structured training and development within a fast‑paced environment, with opportunities to grow skills and earnings over time.

Candidates should have a can‑do attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability for rostered shifts. Forklift advantageous and a valid Driver’s Licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing or precast concrete (preferred), and a strong willingness to learn
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team and independently when required
• Reliability and punctuality across all rostered shifts
• You must be flexible to work across different roster patterns, including overtime when required
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
• Commitment to workplace safety and company policies
• Sound verbal and written communication skills

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be part of a supportive, safety-focused production team involved in the manufacture of steel-reinforced concrete pipes. This is hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities to grow your skills and earnings over time.
