Qualifications

• 3+ years in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years developing manufacturing or automation processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and optimization of manufacturing processes; reduce human factors with automation.
• Conduct CpK and capabilities analysis to improve yield and throughput.
• Provide engineering support for manufacturing operations and corrective actions.
• Utilize CAD software for tooling and equipment design.
• Develop and update process documentation and flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with R&D and design teams to transition products to production.
• Lead lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in product design reviews for manufacturability and cost efficiency.
