You will create engaging photo and video content that highlights our products and brand, working closely with the Marketing team to support promotional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish original photo and short video content that aligns with the brand and product strengths.
• Take photos and shoot short videos using a smartphone or camera, including editing content for social media and marketing purposes.
• Manage daily operations of social media accounts (posting, replying, community engagement).
• Support the Marketing Specialist with campaigns and promotions.
• Respond to customer comments, enquiries and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas to boost engagement.
• Coordinate across internal departments to represent the customer voice and ensure smooth communication.
• Provide general administrative and office support as required.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when handling challenges.
• Support a strong team culture and contribute to team projects.

About you
