Scaleup HR in Sydney is seeking a passionate Social Media & Content Coordinator to manage daily social media activities and grow our online presence. You will create engaging photo and short video content, supporting campaigns with the Marketing team.

You will monitor trends, engage with audiences, and collaborate across departments to reflect the customer voice while maintaining a positive team culture and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management or content creation.
• Ability to capture photos and videos with a camera or smartphone.
• Proficiency in video or image editing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish original photo and short video content that aligns with the brand and product strengths.
• Take photos and shoot short videos using a smartphone or camera, including editing content for social media and marketing purposes.
• Manage daily operations of social media accounts (posting, replying, community engagement).
• Support the Marketing Specialist with campaigns and promotions.
• Respond to customer comments, enquiries and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas to boost engagement.
• Coordinate across internal departments to represent the customer voice and ensure smooth communication.
• Provide general administrative and office support as required.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when handling challenges.
• Support a strong team culture and contribute to team projects.
