Eightcap is seeking a Junior Account Manager in Melbourne to convert leads into active traders and grow our footprint in the Mandarin-speaking market. This early-career role offers training from senior team members and progression as you learn the end-to-end client journey.

You will work with Marketing, Compliance, and Engineering to deliver a seamless client experience, while developing product knowledge and client-facing skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency is required; strong English skills are essential.
• 0–2 years’ experience in client service, business development or similar roles; recent graduates are welcome.
• Interest in FX, CFDs and global financial markets with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on warm leads and help convert them into active traders.
• Guide clients on Eightcap platforms and deliver educational materials and webinars as you grow.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline and maintain lead records, supporting channels under compliance guidelines.
• Explain market trends, trading products and Eightcap’s value proposition to diverse audiences.
