Job summary

Seek.com.au is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mandarin Speaking Accounts Assistant to join our growing team. The role blends day-to-day bookkeeping with supplier and customer liaison, supporting accurate financial records while coordinating overseas purchases and communications in Mandarin-speaking markets.

The position involves regular data entry, AP/AR processing, reconciliations, and month-end support within a dynamic finance team. Prior experience with Xero or MYOB is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in bookkeeping, accounts administration or a similar finance role.

Responsibilities

• Daily data entry and bookkeeping.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to Executive teams.
