Job summary

PetSure (Australia) is seeking a senior FP&A leader to drive the next generation of planning, forecasting and reporting. Reporting to the General Manager, Performance & Insights, you will lead the FP&A team, embed insight-led challenge, and redesign processes with intelligent automation and AI-enabled decision support to accelerate value creation.

Reporting to the General Manager, Performance & Insights, you'll lead our FP&A team and help build the next generation of Performance & Insights at PetSure. Alongside delivering critical planning, forecasting and reporting outcomes, you'll redesign how the function works through intelligent automation, advanced analytics, modern performance management and AI-enabled decision support.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and continually reinvent budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial modelling.
• Partner with senior leaders to embed insight-led challenge and strengthen strategic and commercial decision‑making.
• Deliver forward‑looking performance insights, dynamic scenario modelling and decision‑ready business case analysis.
• Shape clear, compelling and decision‑relevant Executive and Board reporting.
• Lead and elevate FP&A business partnering, building a high‑performing and commercially influential team.
• Redesign planning, forecasting and reporting processes, systems and data for greater speed, scalability, control and predictive value.
• Build an AI‑enabled FP&A capability using intelligent workflows, automation and advanced analytics to reduce manual effort and accelerate insight.
• Help define and deliver the future‑state Performance & Insights operating capability.

What You’ll Bring

• Deep FP&A, commercial finance, strategy or performance management experience, with a record of leading meaningful improvement.
• Strong financial modelling, integrated planning and forecasting capability, including the ability to translate complex data into practical action.
• Experience partnering with executives and senior leaders, combining trusted relationships with constructive, insight‑led challenge.
• CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong commercial acumen and a passion for turning financial and operational data into forward‑looking, decision‑ready insights.
• A transformation mindset and practical experience or strong interest in automation, advanced analytics, modern planning platforms and AI‑enabled decision support.
