Job summary

PetSure is seeking a senior FP&A leader to redefine budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial modelling across the performance function in Australia. Qualifications

• Deep FP&A, commercial finance or performance management experience.

Reporting to the General Manager, Performance & Insights, you'll lead our FP&A team and help build the next generation of Performance & Insights at PetSure. Alongside delivering critical planning, forecasting and reporting outcomes, you'll redesign how the function works through intelligent automation, advanced analytics, modern performance management and AI-enabled decision support.

What you'll bring

• Deep FP&A, commercial finance, strategy or performance management experience, with a record of leading meaningful improvement.
• Strong financial modelling, integrated planning and forecasting capability, including the ability to translate complex data into practical action.
• Experience partnering with executives and senior leaders, combining trusted relationships with constructive, insight-led challenge.
• CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong commercial acumen and a passion for turning financial and operational data into forward-looking, decision-ready insights.
• A transformation mindset and practical experience or strong interest in automation, advanced analytics, modern planning platforms and AI-enabled decision support.
