Job summary

PetSure is seeking a senior FP&A leader to redefine budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial modelling across the performance function in Australia. You will partner with executives to embed insight-led challenge, drive advanced analytics and AI-enabled decision support, and deliver compelling reporting for the Board.

Qualifications

• Deep FP&A, commercial finance or performance management experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience partnering with executives and senior leaders.
• CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial modelling.
• Partner with senior leaders to embed insight-led challenge and strengthen strategic and commercial decision-making.
• Deliver forward-looking performance insights, dynamic scenario modelling and decision-ready business case analysis.
• Shape clear, compelling and decision-relevant Executive and Board reporting.
• Lead and elevate FP&A business partnering, building a high-performing and commercially influential team.
• Redesign planning, forecasting and reporting processes, systems and data for greater speed, scalability, control and predictive value.
• Build an AI-enabled FP&A capability using intelligent workflows, automation and advanced analytics to reduce manual effort and accelerate insight.
• Help define and deliver the future-state Performance & Insights operating capability.
