Job summary

RACQ is seeking a strategic Technology leader to set the direction for Infrastructure and Cloud, balancing reliability with delivery priorities and long-term sustainability. You will lead a high-performing team, drive platform engineering, automation and observability, and strengthen security, resilience and incident response.

• Demonstrated leadership of enterprise infrastructure, cloud or platform services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and developing capability.
• Sound knowledge of ITIL-aligned service management, operational risk, controls and resilience.
• Experience with automation, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code and platform engineering.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, financial management, vendor and contract-management capability.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in cloud, infrastructure, ITIL or FinOps will be highly regarded.

About the role
