Job summary

Bevilles is seeking a Manager in Training to work closely with the Store Manager, coaching a sales team and delivering outstanding in-store experiences. You’ll be hands-on with day-to-day operations, drive KPIs, and help cultivate a vibrant, high-performing team culture.

This role is a launchpad to retail leadership, combining structured learning, real-time coaching, and opportunities to step into leadership when the Store Manager is away.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, sales or customer service experience.
• Experience in a team leadership or mentoring capacity.
• Ability to coach others to succeed.
• Storytelling to build customer connections.
• Availability to work Sunday–Thursday PM.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with team leadership, coaching and performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through storytelling and product knowledge.
• Achieve personal sales targets while guiding the team to meet store goals.
• Champion the Bevilles brand through visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Contribute to stock control, cash handling, rostering, compliance and store audits.
• Create a safe, inclusive and inspiring workplace for the team and customers.
• Lead by example in customer service, professionalism and personal presentation.

About the Role:

• Achieving personal sales targets while guiding the team to meet store goals


• Championing our brand through impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation


• Contributing to stock control, cash handling, rostering, compliance and store audits


• Creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring workplace for your team and customers


• Leading by example in customer service, professionalism, and personal presentation
