Job summary

Bevilles Jewellers North Lakes is seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant to help keep the store running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is not sales-driven; there are no targets and no weekend work required.

You’ll be the operational backbone, ensuring the store is well-presented, organized, and efficient each day. This part-time position offers structured weekday hours (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, 9am–2pm) with potential to flex to cover leave.

• Retail or administrative experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a beautifully presented, clean, and well-merchandised store.
• Manage stock flow, inventory accuracy, repairs, lay-bys, and promotions.
• Support point-of-sale processes and store administration.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders (Click & Collect & Ship from Store).
• Act as the glue of the store to keep daily operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintaining a beautifully presented, clean, and well-merchandised store
• Managing stock flow, inventory accuracy, repairs, lay-bys, and promotions
• Supporting point-of-sale processes and store administration
• Fulfilling Omni Channel orders (Click & Collect & Ship from Store)
• Acting as the “glue” of the store — supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations
