Job summary

Bevilles Jewellers is seeking a Manager in Training to work with the Store Manager in coaching and leading a sales team and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.

You'll be hands-on in daily operations, driving KPIs and helping build a vibrant, high-performing team culture. This role launches a retail leadership path with structured learning and on-the-job coaching.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, sales or customer service experience.
• Experience in a team leadership, supervisory or mentoring capacity.
• A love of coaching others to succeed.
• A flair for storytelling and building genuine customer connections.
• Ability to work within a Sunday – Thursday roster.
• A strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and personal pride.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

As a Manager in Training, you’ll work alongside your Store Manager to coach and lead a sales team while delivering exceptional in-store experiences. You’ll be hands-on in day-to-day operations, driving KPIs, and helping create a vibrant, high-performing team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Store Manager with team leadership, coaching, and performance
