Bevilles is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to support North Lakes store operations. You’ll help keep the store clean, well-merchandised, and running smoothly behind the scenes, with no weekend sales targets. Your role acts as the operational backbone, ensuring stock flow, POS processes, and admin tasks are handled efficiently.

This role suits someone who values structure, presentation, and teamwork, with a proactive, detail‑focused approach and a pride in high standards.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining a beautifully presented, clean, and well-merchandised store
• Managing stock flow, inventory accuracy, repairs, lay-bys, and promotions
• Supporting point-of-sale processes and store administration
• Fulfilling Omni Channel orders (Click & Collect & Ship from Store)
• Acting as the “glue” of the store — supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations

This is not a sales-driven role. There are no sales targets and no weekend work required. Instead, you’ll be the operational backbone of the store — the person who keeps everything organised, efficient, and running smoothly each day.

Roster:

Part-Time | 20 hours per week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - 9am-2pm with the potential to flex up to cover leave etc.
