Colonial Group is seeking a proactive Manager in Training to lead a store team in Australia from day one. You will run daily operations, coach staff, and shape a welcoming customer experience while preparing to take on a Store Manager role in the near future.

You will learn by doing with support from the team, guided by our values, and enjoy a clear path to lead your own store as you grow professionally within Colonial Group.
