Job summary

Sydney Trains is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Operations Manager to lead the Fare Compliance Unit from Redfern, NSW. You will drive deployment strategies, performance management and workforce capability, ensuring revenue protection and strategic alignment across the Transport Cluster.

This on-site role requires relevant qualifications and experience in a complex operational environment, with a focus on turning insights into practical actions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • You bring relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role within a complex operational environment.
  • You have demonstrated experience leading operational planning, deployment strategies, performance or support functions.
  • Your ability to analyse information from multiple sources and translate insights into practical actions will see you excel in informing operational decision-making, workforce capability initiatives and performance outcomes.
