Lead safety, risk, assurance and continuous improvement across the Suburban Services portfolio, partnering with operational leaders to enhance safety performance, manage critical operational risks and deliver safe, reliable and resilient rail services for customers and employees.
Play a pivotal leadership role in partnering with senior operational leaders to deliver best-practice safety, risk and assurance (SRA) services across the business. You will provide expert advice that strengthens compliance, enhances operational performance and supports safe, reliable service delivery.
Lead a team of SRA specialists, championing a proactive safety culture, influence positive behavioural change and oversee initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in safety performance, operational effectiveness and organisational capability.
Work in a dynamic and highly regulated environment, driving continuous improvement through assurance, coaching, mentoring and capability uplift programs, ensuring the business is equipped to manage risk and meet its operational accountabilities.
