What’s the role?

As a Manager in Business Transaction Banking BCM, you’ll support this significant portfolio to manage risks confidently, strengthen our control environment, and deliver projects and change initiatives safely for our customers. You’ll work closely with leaders and broader teams to identify emerging risks, respond to incidents and contribute to considered decision‑making across products and processes.

In this role, you’ll help teams navigate risk, compliance and regulatory requirements across Business Transaction Banking products and services, including transaction and savings accounts, debit and credit cards, and specialised deposit products. You’ll contribute to deep dives and thematic reviews, governance and monitoring activities, and support resolution of incidents and issues.

This is a full-time role based in Sydney, working in a dynamic environment where every day brings something new.

What do I need?

You’ll be a great fit if you’ve got:

• Experience working in financial services, with exposure to risk, compliance or operational controls.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills, with sound judgement and attention to detail.
• Sound stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with the business to support key objectives and shared outcomes.
• Confidence working in fast‑paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.
• Experience supporting financial and non‑financial risk activities would be beneficial.
